Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actor for a long time. Her name is well-known due to her roles in television and films. She is popular on both Canadian and American television. Emily began to become interested in acting profession when she was just 12. She visited her older sister Katie at the film set. Emily began attending classes in acting and auditions after realizing that she loved acting. The first time she auditioned was with small amount of advertisements and then was selected for Are You Afraid Of The Dark, a Canadian horror series for children. The show only featured her in only one scene and without dialogue. At the age of 15, Emily got her biggest breakthrough when she became a regular of the WB Television series Glory Days. Even though the show was cancelled after nine episodes Emily's performance caught the eye of Dawson's Creek writer Greg Berlanti who decided to cast her in his TV show Everwood. Emily has also been a professional dancer also a photographer, and was named one of Teen's top 20 actresses. Maxim listed her at 51 in its Hot 100 of 2014.
